Coca-Cola put Australia’s 150 most popular first names on the front of its bottles, and shoppers queued at mall kiosks for cans with theirs.

The branding lesson
In 2011, Coca-Cola South Pacific put Australia’s 150 most popular first names on the front of its bottles and cans, in a new typeface drawn from the Coke script. Shoppers queued at traveling mall kiosks to print a can with any name and texted names onto the Kings Cross billboard in Sydney. It has since reached over 70 countries.
