Memberships
Cancel anytime from My Account. Your membership stays open until the end of the period you have paid for and will not renew.
If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, write to us and we will refund it in full. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next one.
If you were charged by mistake (a double charge, or a renewal after you cancelled), write to us and we will refund it.
How to ask
Email hello@brandinglessons.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5 to 10 business days.
